Masternaut secures new vehicle tracking contracts in the utilities and public sectors

Masternaut Three X has won £10 million of new business from the utilities and public sector. Major power and water companies and local authorities that have signed for Masternaut’s advanced tracking services include National Grid, Scottish Power, Scottish Water, Dumfries and Galloway Council and Renfrewshire Council.

The new business, won over the last three months, amounts to tracking contracts for over 7,000 individual vehicles – adding to the 60,000 already tracked with Masternaut over the web.

Masternaut Three X counts Amey, Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Ringway, United Utilities, and many Local Authorities and their strategic partners among their 3,000 real-time vehicle tracking and mobile resource management customers.

“We are delighted with our recent success in the utilities and public sectors. To gain £10 million of new business in such a short period of time is extraordinary and highlights the energy, water and public sectors’ eagerness to employ advanced vehicle tracking and it also shows our ability to deliver a superior solution, excellent customer service and expertise, said Martin Port, MD, Masternaut Three X.

“These organisations are impressed by our extensive knowledge and understanding of how we can apply our Masternaut-based solutions to deliver efficiencies, save them money and help them to enhance their customer services. By working closely with them we are able to tailor our web-based services to deliver precisely the level of fleet and mobile resource visibility they need,” he added.

The company provides end-to-end solutions for businesses on the move, including vehicle tracking, mobile workforce applications and Microsoft Dynamics business management software.
