New Roads İn Mumbai Will Be Constructed İn Full Compliance With National and İnternational Standards Thanks To SGS Industrial Services

Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, established in 1882, is the primary agency responsible for urban governance in Mumbai. SGS Industrial Services in India was selected from among the many competitors to work on the project, scheduled from October 2011 to August 2012 due to its first-rate experience and competence in projects of this kind.

SGS Industrial Services has been assigned a contract to conduct comprehensive third-party services for the construction of 72 kilometers of new roads in Mumbai, India. During the entire contract, SGS will perform Project Monitoring services to ensure the project meets all quality and performance requirements.

Throughout the entire duration of the contract, SGS will carry out Project Monitoring to guarantee the highest quality of the new roads. A team of highly skilled SGS experts will continuously monitor all phases of the construction project, from batching to the final placement. With Project Monitoring services, SGS ensures high quality, reliability and dependability as well as assurance that any problems are detected at an early stage.

SGS’s team of experts will also carry out Materials Testing, calibration checks, ingredients tests as well as camber and moisture correction. Moreover, SGS will witness bituminous extraction, sieve analysis and cement testing and other requisite tests as per approved specifications and standards for the length of the project
