NEW AWARDS TO ITS GROWING COLLECTION- DIMPLEX

Two more prestigious awards to add to its growing collection of accolades for initiatives and product development were scooped by Dimplex Renewables. The latest awards are silver medals from the established Sustainable Ireland Awards for the EC-Eau hot water cylinders and for the company’s research and development laboratory.

The laboratory in Portadown in Northern Ireland is responsible for much of the development work for the renewable heating and hot water technologies and received the silver award in the Sustainable Building Project of the Year category. The building’s design takes into account insulation, solar gain, use of renewables for heating and hot water, lighting and waste management.
