Mapei happily sticks with lead supplier, Barbour ABI

For the past six years, Mapei has been working closely with Barbour ABI to ensure their products are specified on construction projects nationwide.

Being the world's largest producer of adhesives and chemicals, Mapei is a key player within the construction community so it’s natural that they sought the best lead service to identify suitable projects.

The UK headquarters is Mapei's 47th manufacturing plant worldwide. Established in 1989, Mapei UK Limited is a West Midlands based company with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Birmingham. Over 100 products are manufactured here in the UK, and Mapei also offer a full NBS specification service plus RIBA accredited CPD seminars.

Mapei initially chose us to provide our lead generation services due to our positive ‘can do’ attitude and ‘easy to navigate’ online system (Evolution). The beauty about our online lead system is its flexibility and uniqueness, Evolution can be tailored to allow access to our CRM, analytics tool and project data at the click of a button. Plus if a client suggests ideas for new functionality we’ll happily review our product development plans.

Perveen Kumari, Senior Specification Co-ordinator at Mapei says: “Whatever I ask for, it is always sorted out asap...it was never a straightforward ‘No can’t do’ but always ‘We will look into it and do our best’ and the results are always positive.”

“The amount of data Barbour ABI reports on is vast, with an invaluable level of depth.” Mapei haven’t tried our CRM system yet, but alongside their project leads subscription, they are currently trialing Analytics.

Perveen goes on to say: “What makes Barbour ABI such a pleasure to work with is not just the sophisticated yet intuitive online system, but the personal touch the team provides. From the expertly knowledgeable trainers to the highly personable client management team, everyone is a joy to work with!”
