Karadere Dam

Karadere Dam is built for irrigation purposes and located between Kastamonu and Taşköprü. The scope of work includes 1.500.000 m3 of excavation, 3.000.000 m3 of fill and 497 meters long diversion tunnel with 3,5 m diameter.

Karadere is a clay-core zoned eartfill type dam having a crest of 309 m long and 90 m high from the foundation level.
